      How can I refer another SF graduate to my company?

      If any of our ISA graduates who are already employed refers an ISA candidate to their company, and the ISA candidate is hired with at least a 6-month contract and earning more than the minimum threshold established in their contract, the referee will

      Steps

      1. Employed grads stay in touch and share relevant jobs with StudentFinance and ISA candidates through webinars, LinkedIn, etc.

      2. A new grad starts the role.

      3. A referral bonus is paid to the referee.

      Rules

      • The role should be at least a 6-month contract.

      • The referred person must earn above the minimum threshold on their ISA contract.

      • The referred person must pay their first ISA payment.
